Food & Water Watch is looking for a Salesforce Team Lead to join our technology team to help grow and develop our Salesforce environment. The Salesforce Team Lead will work closely with the IT Director, Jr. Salesforce System Administrator, and Data Analyst to support our technology endeavors, and the staff at Food & Water Watch.

About The Position
The Salesforce Team Lead will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing Food & Water Watch / Food & Water Action’s (FWW / FWA) Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Administration, Business Analytics, Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), and third-party system integrations. This role also supports and maintains Salesforce specific applications (Apsona, ElementsCloud, Cloudingo), as well as integrations with third-party applications / systems such as Tableau, EngagingNetworks, and ActBlue. This role will provide high-level technical support and strategic guidance for our Salesforce environment ensuring it aligns with FWW’s business requirements, as well as modern information security standards and best practices.
Salary : $81,800 – $100,000 (Salary dependent on experience and location)
Location : Remote in the US
FLSA Status : Exempt

Food & Water Watch provides an excellent benefits package for full-time employees.
