Job descriptionClient Engagement : Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations. Sales and Acquisition : Identify potential clients and convert leads into policyholders to expand the agency's customer base. Policy Management : Customize, design, and manage insurance policies for clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and requirements. Problem Resolution : Efficiently address client inquiries and problems, providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Relationship Building : Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and client retention. Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the insurance industry to offer sound advice and up-to-date solutions. Licensing : Must have an Active Property and Casualty License - required to be considered for this role. Candidate will be required to obtain / transfer their license to practice in Connecticut or Massachusetts Preferred candidate must be bilingual Spanish. Experience : Demonstrable experience in insurance sales, particularly in property and casualty, will be an advantage. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to success in this position. Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual communication tools is a must to thrive in our remote setup. Customer Focus : Strong ability to understand client needs and prioritize customer satisfaction. Self-Motivated : Capable of working independently while still delivering high-quality results and meeting team goals. Persistence : A strong drive to achieve sales targets and the resilience to overcome challenges.
