The Vice President, Solution Design & Strategy is a senior executive leader responsible for driving strategic vision, operational excellence, and revenue acceleration across PointClickCare's Acute & Payer and Senior Care business lines. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role serves as a critical bridge between Sales, Product, State Directors, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders to ensure our Clinical and Technical Solutions teams deliver high-impact, scalable strategies that align with customer needs and market dynamics.
This leader will oversee a team of highly skilled clinical and technical professionals, guiding them in designing and delivering solutions that enhance customer experience, accelerate sales cycles, and drive adoption across Government, Health Systems, ACOs, Health Plans, and Senior Care providers. The VP will be accountable for strategic planning, P&L performance, talent development, and cross-functional innovation to support PointClickCare's continued growth and leadership in the healthcare technology space.

$255,000 - $283,000 a year
At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $255,000 - $283,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and / or work location.
