Security Officer - Signia by Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Orlando

Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando is searching for a talented full-time Security Officer to join their team! The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong time management and communication skills, flexible availability, customer service experience, and a minimum of 6 months Security experience. Hospitality and hotel experience is strongly preferred.

Shift Pattern : Open availability - 3pm to 11 : 30pm shifts - holidays and weekends are required

Pay Rate : $18.72

What will I be doing?

  • Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions.
  • Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and / or property.
  • Promote safe work practices.
  • Initiates preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed.
  • Writes reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
