Manager of Performance Analytics

A company is looking for a Manager, Performance Analytics to serve as a strategic analytical partner influencing market strategy and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build dashboards and analytical tools to provide insights for operational and clinical leaders

Deliver critical business insights and performance metrics through complex data analysis methods

Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data modeling with business priorities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field

5+ years of experience in Medical Economics, Population Health Analytics, or Medical Management, preferably in a health plan or risk-bearing entity

Experience leading initiatives with minimal oversight

Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Looker, or other business intelligence platforms

Deep understanding of healthcare economics principles, including medical loss ratio (MLR) and utilization metrics
