About the Role

Were seeking a Senior Software Engineer Product to help reshape how the insurance broking industry services insurance. As a Product Engineer at Fulcrum, youll build and enhance our core AI products from processing hundreds of very long PDFs and Excel files to building deep browser automations into legacy systems, and building a scalable platform to support the volume and throughput of our system. You will be responsible for both the 0?1 MVP development and the 1?10 growth and scaling of a product. Youll work directly on features that help insurance brokers better serve their customers while improving margins.

While schedules can vary by role / team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility, and time particularly during major launches and high?impact sprints.
