Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $2281.57 - $2500.02

FL Licensed Physical Therapists needed ASAP. Must have previous Home Health experience. EPIC experience a plus! Areas of coverage include : Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Winter Springs, Sanford, Ocoee, Lake Mary, Longwood. Can expect about 4-5 routine visits / day; average of 125-150 miles / week. Mon-Fri schedule, no weekend / call required.
