Key Responsibilities As a BCBA, you will be responsible for leading the clinical direction of client care :
Assessment & Planning :
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to pinpoint client needs.
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in ABA principles.
Intervention & Oversight :
Oversee and implement behavioral interventions, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness.
Systematically collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment.
Collaboration & Training :
Serve as the primary clinical liaison, collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, effective support.
Provide essential training and supervision to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies.
Documentation & Compliance :
Maintain meticulous and HIPAA-compliant medical documentation, including progress notes and patient records.
Stay current with the latest developments in behavioral health and special education to uphold the highest standard of care.
Essential Requirements
Certification : Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Licensure : State-specific LBA Certification is required.
Experience : Proven clinical experience in behavioral therapy, specifically with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
Clinical Knowledge : Expert-level knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques, with proficiency in assessment and data collection methods.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
