Job descriptionCreate insurance estimates, conduct sales pitches, and secure sales. Participate in activities within the local community. Build networking relationships with key stakeholders such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients. Efficiently use lead management systems. Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases. High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to acquire State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-oriented Keen to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and receptive to feedback Positive and energetic attitude Strong desire for personal and professional growth
Job Overview
We are currently inviting participants for our Insurance Agent Development Program. This program provides in-depth training, mentorship from accomplished agency owners,.
Compensation and Work Hours
The yearly compensation is between $60,000.00 and $80,000.00. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday.
