Travel Nurse RN - Stepdown - $2,383 per week

Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Evensville, Indiana.

Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class)

Patient Population : High acuity - Tele / M / S, Cardiac heavy, (Afib with RVR, Afib, flutter, blocks), heart cath without interventions. CHF, COPD, sepsis, BH / CIWA, post ablations, dialysis.

Skillset : Tele / 12-lead EKG interpretation (TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO PASS TELE TESTS), Initiate / titrate drips (antiarrhythmics, Heparin, etc.). PIV insertion, chest tube / indwelling drain management, CBI, stables drips (heparin, lasix, protonix), antidysrhythmic (cardizem, tikosyn dosing, amio), nephrostomy tubes. Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills!

Ratio : Days 1 : 4-5; NOCs 1 : 5-7

NO LOCAL CANIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE)

Deaconess Newburgh (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Deaconess Henderson (KY - 11 miles). 2 HR notice given for cross campus float
