Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a high-volume book of middle-market commercial accounts, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office, and offers a competitive compensation package.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $80,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume book of middle-market commercial accounts.Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to obtain renewal business information.Utilize agency management software (Applied / Epic or similar) to manage accounts efficiently.Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience : Minimum of 3+ years of Commercial Account Management experience required.Licenses : Property & Casualty License required.Technical Skills : Experience with Applied / Epic or similar agency management software preferred.Other Requirements : Valid driver's license and insurance.J-18808-Ljbffr
