What We're Looking For

We are seeking independently licensed clinicians eager to make a meaningful difference and grow with our organization. We are particularly interested in candidates who :

Are willing to conduct 25+ sessions per week

Are behavioral health generalists (open to working with couples / children, supported by our team)

Value independence while enjoying teamwork

Are interested in leadership or supervisory opportunities

Exhibit strong character—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care are essential

Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted LCSW credential in a participating state

Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are rendered

Compensation :

Up to $100,300, depending on licensure type / level, session volume, and available bonuses.
