Overview :
Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking an Associate with 2-3 years of construction law, litigation, or government contracting experience to join its Construction & Design Practice Group in Seattle. The group represents public and private owners, general contractors, and engineers across a wide range of projects, providing counsel from pre-project planning and risk assessment through contract drafting, claims management, and dispute resolution .
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on construction and design-related legal issues across diverse projects
- Draft, negotiate, and manage complex construction and engineering contracts
- Handle claims management, risk mitigation, and dispute preservation
- Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings
