Overview :

Under the general supervision of the Director, is responsible for assisting with planning, developing, organizing, and directing all activities of the Physical Medicine Department. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications :

• Education : Master's of science in Physical, or Occupational Therapy or a Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
• Licensure : Valid state of practice license.
• Experience : Minimum 5 years clinical experience and / or 3 years supervisory experience.
• Certifications : BLS before assigned to care for patients independently.
• Other : Strong communication skills required.
• Preferred Experience : Experience in providing services to patients of all ages preferred.
