Job descriptionPrepare and execute dishes across multiple kitchen stations with precision and creativity. Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to ensure a smooth workflow during service. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Participate in food tastings and quality control to uphold our culinary standards. Adapt to various kitchen roles and responsibilities as required by the team. Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role. Strong culinary skills with a passion for food presentation and flavor development. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented demeanor. Food Handler's certification or equivalent is required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and innovate in the kitchen.
