Does contacting customers to collect outstanding payments motivate you?

Are you skillful with monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action (credit memos, refunds, credit holds, Notice of Intent Letter, Final Deman letter, lien waivers, etc.)?

Job Duties
As our Collections Associate, you will be Responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivables from service customers. This role ensures timely payments, resolves discrepancies, and maintains accurate records to support the financial health of the organization.
You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful experience in a collections role or a related field to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. (Please note, while a bachelor's degree is preferred, having a high school diploma or equivalent is required).

Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Annual Base Pay Range :
The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
(Minneapolis) : $68,700 - 94,490.
(Omaha, Oklahoma City, Sioux Falls, Wichita, Little Rock) : $61,000 - 83,820
(Des Moines) : $64,200 - 88,220
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive (50 / 50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
