PAY RATE : $72819.55 - $76652.16Per Year

JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

As part of the CQI team the Data & System Analyst will join program compliance and data systems efforts. Participates in maintaining effective systems for continuous improvement throughout VOALA and the communities served

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization as well as with external partners to implement compliance and business data / systems plans.
• Create effective systems (electronic and hard copy) for the gathering of data quality assurance and storage of all project data.

Monitor and provide regular feedback on staff use of these systems.

Prepares written and visual summaries of data to convey results to stakeholders including program evaluation reports annual reports dashboards and other evaluation-related documents. Keeps up to date on best practices for data visualization.
