ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE

Medix is currently seeking a Radiology Clinical Instructor for a position with our national Healthcare Services clients. This is a 12+ month contract role that has a strong chance of contract extension or even full time conversion.

The Clinical Instructor will be joining a team, and will be focused on providing training to Radiologists on the use of AI-enabled Imaging software. Having some background with dictation software like Fluency or Powerscribe is necessary as well to support integration between modality / voice / PACS.

We are seeking individuals who come from a clinical / Radiology background (R.T. highly preferred), and who understand the basics of LLM prompting, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. This individual will be traveling to provide dedicated one-on-one training and support to Radiologists, specifically on the navigation and use of the AI-enabled software and LLM prompts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Traveling 25-50% of the time
• Providing clinical training and support to Radiologists on AI-enabled Radiology Software
• Using a foundational knowledge of PACS and dictation software (Powerscribe, Fluency) to help coach through AI-software / dictation integrations
• Listening and providing exceptional customer service to Radiologists.
• Being a flexible and solutions-minded trainer.
