LPN Position : Full-Time Night Shift (11 PM - 7 AM)

Sign-On Bonus : $2000

Your Role :

As an LPN, you will be essential in providing high-quality care and comfort to our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and medical information.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to create and implement personalized care plans.
  • Performing wound care and other nursing interventions as necessary.
  • Supervising and mentoring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care.
  • Maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

  • Your Qualifications :

  • Valid LPN state license.
  • Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Interest in and ability to support the needs of elderly and chronically ill patients.
  • Strong clinical skills, particularly in medication administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
