Terravita Country Club is excited to announce a full-time opportunity to join our Building Maintenance Staff. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to this Troon managed Club and its members.

Key Responsibilities of the Building Maintenance Staff :

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to : minor electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• General water treatment plant operations (will train for this area).
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to : emptying trashcans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior of the facility including but not limited to : cleaning windows, stocking supplies, monitoring cleanliness of entire building, painting, drywall repairs.
• General pool maintenance including power washing pool deck, emptying trash, maintaining restroom cleanliness.
• Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Building Maintenance Staff :

Pay : $20 / hr

Part time 12pm - 8 : 30 pm Sunday Monday and Tuesdays General upkeep of facilities, painting, preventive maintenance, maintaining pool chemistry, covering the pool, emptying trash setting up events, experience in facilities maintenance is required.
