Senior Accountant - Tax and Bookkeeping – CPA Firm – Encino, CA. $80K-$140K

Well established, highly profitable CPA / business management firm is searching for a talented Tax and Bookkeeping professional. We provide a wide range of tax and related business services to individual and commercial clients, primarily in the real estate and entertainment industries.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Preparing federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, fiduciaries and estate returns.

2. Preparing individual tax returns.

3. Bookkeeping for clients.

4. Heavy correspondence with clients and federal and state tax authorities.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 3 years tax return experience.

2. QuickBooks proficiency required.

3. Experience with tax software, the firm uses Lacerte.

4. Strong Communication skills, comfortable working with clients.

5. Must have experience working for a CPA firm.

6. Experience with multi-state returns desired

7. International experience, such as Forms 3520, 3528, 3520-A, 5471 desired

8. Must have exposure to real estate and entertainment industry clients.
