Salary and Benefits :

• Salary Range : $230,000 to $250,000 annually
• Vacation : 160 hours (4 weeks)
• Personal Time : 40 hours (1 week)
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) : 40 hours (5 Days), allowance of $2,500
• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
• Life Insurance : 1.5x the provider s salary
• NHSC : Student Loan Repayment (Up to $100,000)
• Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
• 401k Plan : matches up to 4%
