MacOS Device Management Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced, primarily Mac-centric IT professional who can take ownership of device lifecycle, identity management, and endpoint operations. This role blends hands‑on technical work with process improvement, governance, and support across a growing healthcare / clinic environment. You will manage the full stack of Apple hardware, assisting with provisioning workflows, JumpCloud identity + MDM policies, and Apple Business Manager enrollments.

Device & Asset Management

• Own the full lifecycle of Apple devices (Mac, iPad) along with Chromebooks and PCs from procurement through retirement
• Maintain accurate asset inventory, tagging, tracking, and reporting
• Enforce configuration standards and security baselines across all endpoints
• Manage hardware distribution, collection, RMA, and logistics
• Create and maintain automated onboarding / offboarding flows using JumpCloud + Apple Business Manager
• Build and iterate zero‑touch deployment workflows
• Manage pre‑stage enrollment, MDM profiles, policies, and automated scripting
• Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, profiles, networking, and authentication
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
