Job description35 years of experience in production planning, supply-chain coordination, or manufacturing operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365; experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency and ownership. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Positive, problem-solving attitude you see challenges as opportunities. High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. What Youll Do
- Plan, organize, and manage the daily and weekly production schedule to meet customer deadlines.
- Create and maintain production work orders in the NetSuite ERP system.
- Prepare and monitor purchase orders for raw materials such as foam, fiber, boxes, and packaging.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Partner with Production, Procurement, and Fulfillment to ensure materials flow efficiently through every stage.
- Identify and help resolve bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts quickly.
- Support order fulfillment operations during peak production periods.
- Keep detailed records to ensure accuracy and accountability.
