Cold Rush is now hiring CDL-A Compy Drivers near you!

At Cold Rush, we prioritize loyalty. To prove it, our drivers receive a pay raise every six months. That's on top of great benefits and competitive pay for detention and layovers. The longer you stay, the more you get paid. Simple as that.

Pay & Benefits Base Pay

  • Annual Salary is $78,000 - $112,000
  • $1,800 Average Weekly Pay
  • $0.55 CPM average starting pay with miles of 3,250 per week
  • $0.01 CPM automatic raise every 6 months

Bonus & Added Pay

  • $200 monthly bonus for safe driving
  • Competitive detention, layover, breakdown, and chain pay

    • Routes & Freight

  • Dedicated round-trip regional routes

    • Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • At least 23 years old
  • 2 Years of Tractor Trailer Experience
  • Must be able to qualify for TWIC card
