Recruiter Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting (including sourcing, phone interviews, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks)
• Ensures timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers
• Manages the job posting process and posts / updates open positions on a variety of web sites
• Helps initiate the hiring process by identifying and screening qualified candidates for various employment opportunities
