Damage Assessor

Job Title : Damage Assessor We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Damage Assessor. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with customers to ensure they receive excellent service throughout the repair process.

Evaluate and document damage to vehicles

Communicate effectively with customers and other team members

Maintain accurate records and update systems efficiently

Assist in achieving the repair facility's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Key Skills : Awareness of procedures and processes

Excellent communication skills

Basic computer skills and ability to learn software applications

Maintenance of valid driver's license

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
