We are looking for a part-time friendly and energetic Receptionist to join our team! As the Receptionist for our assisted living facility, you will be responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk of our office.

Your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make the residents and visitors feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office. If you excel in Microsoft Office, effective communication, problem-solving, and have a heart for seniors, we'd love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors and residents in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails.
• Communicate with other coworkers via email if needed.
• Make sure the lobby and front office is a welcoming environment for everyone.
