This position reports into Head of Talent Access & Mobility Strategic Capabilities and is based at Summit, NJ.

In this role, you'll dive into exciting challenges every day, collaborating with academic institutions, developing engaging recruitment campaigns, and designing impactful onboarding programs. You'll analyze data to identify trends, host workshops and events to connect with students, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of top talent. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing our approach to early career talent acceleration and development, creating tailored paths that enhance skills, boost engagement, and foster long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead our Global University Hiring community of practice, bringing insights, tools and strategy to a consistent Kenvue University hire experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions to enhance Kenvue's presence on campuses.
• Collaborate with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to promote recruitment initiatives.
• Design and implement innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent from universities.
• Organize and participate in career fairs, workshops, and networking events to engage potential candidates.
• Analyze recruitment data and trends to inform strategy and improve the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to university recruiting and early talent pipeline.
• Develop and enhance onboarding programs that provide a seamless transition for new hires from university settings.
• Create engaging orientation experiences that align with Kenvue's culture and values.
• Manage and implement strategies for early career talent acceleration, including mentorship and professional development programs.
• Design tailored career paths that support skill enhancement and long-term growth for early career employees.
• Work closely with internal teams, including HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders, to align early talent initiatives with organizational goals.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment and development practices.
• Act as an ambassador for Kenvue, effectively communicating the company's mission, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Lead initiatives that promote Kenvue's brand within academic communities and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.

What We Are Looking For

Desired Qualifications :

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges : $152,150.00 - $214,800.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
