ABOUT THE TEAM

Corporate Development is charged with identifying and establishing opportunities for value creation through a combination of industry analysis, business review and strategic partnerships.  Working horizontally with key stakeholders across the organization, the Corporate Development team aims to develop collaborative agreements with external parties that lead to positive business outcomes for Basis as a whole.

WAYS YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

As an individual contributor member of the Corporate Development team, you will be a valued collaborator across departmental initiatives.  In this role, you will be the day-to-day manager of relationships across the Basis Data and 3rd Party Solutions ecosystem, inclusive of data partners, measurement, and commercially relevant solutions, working in conjunction with Corporate Development leadership, RTB Operations, Product and the investment leadership team for Basis’ manage-services offering.  You will also contribute by :

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 3+ years’ experience in advertising technology
  • Experience working within programmatic; specifically with data providers in a partner landscape
  • Strong qualitative skills with ability to demonstrate quality data organization and analysis techniques
  • High impact, low ego – you are a highly motivated collaborator who celebrates team wins
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and natural problem solver who takes initiative
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for learning and improvement, flexible in a dynamic environment, and able to separate signals from noise

This salary range reflects a typical compensation range for the role and level in most U.S. locations. Final compensation offered will depend on your location, experience, and skills. Total compensation may also include bonuses, equity, and competitive benefits.
