Position Summary
The Level One Technician is responsible for providing first-line technical support to clients. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues, setting up and configuring hardware and software, and ensuring that client systems are operating efficiently. The Level One Technician will work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality IT services and support
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Handle and resolve basic user support requests, troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues, and document and track incidents.
Prepare new systems, image and configure laptops, desktops, and other hardware, and ensure systems are ready for deployment.
Deploy and set up new systems at client sites, install and configure software and peripherals, provide basic user training and support, and install printers.
Monitor and respond to system alerts and notifications, triage and dispatch issues to appropriate teams, and provide backup support for on-site technicians
