Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction, and managing the overall performance of the establishment. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness, maintaining the restaurant's reputation for quality and excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including menu pricing, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and customer service.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
