Responsibilities :

• Conduct professional buyer and seller consultations using YHSGR presentations
• Convert qualified leads into signed agreements using approved scripts and systems
• Attend daily training, weekly team meetings, and quarterly business reviews
• Manage all clients and leads through our CRM, keeping notes and updates current
• Follow up with all leads within 4 hours and maintain weekly client communication
• Attend home inspections, walkthroughs, and closings
• Deliver 5-star customer experiences to every client
• Uphold company values, appearance, and professional standards
