The Opportunity

We are seeking a Civil Engineer / Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to support the planning, design, entitlement, and construction of land development and infrastructure projects. This role involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to create detailed plans and designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

This position requires candidates to be located in one of our active or expanding markets :

• Grand Rapids, MI (in-person role)
• Scottsdale, AZ (in-person role)
• Prescott, AZ area (hybrid, with transition to in-person as we expand locally)
• Portage / Kalamazoo, MI area (hybrid, with transition to in-person as we expand locally)
• San Antonio, TX area (hybrid, with transition to in-person as we expand locally)
