Our client, a global leader in online job search and employment solutions, is seeking a Growth Marketing Senior Specialist to help drive user acquisition and engagement for their mobile app. In this role, you'll create, launch, and optimize campaigns that help millions of people connect with meaningful work opportunities. You'll work across multiple channels, analyze performance data, and collaborate with internal and external partners to fuel growth and innovation. What You'll Do

• Manage mobile app user acquisition campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, and more.
• Analyze campaign performance and build data-driven strategies to maximize results.
• Identify and test new, cost-effective channels to expand the media mix.
• Design and run A / B tests to uncover winning creative and messaging tactics.
• Partner closely with the Creative team to review performance insights and inform future campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Marketing and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners to stay ahead of trends and emerging opportunities.
