Job Overview

Right Way Automotive is seeking an experienced Auto Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers. The Auto Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Performing diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and make necessary repairs.
• Conducting routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
• Inspecting vehicle computer and electronic systems to identify issues and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Repairing or replacing malfunctioning components, parts, and systems (e.g., engines, transmissions, brakes, exhausts).
• Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and test drives to ensure proper functioning and identify potential problems.
• Using specialized tools and equipment to accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
• Providing accurate cost estimates for repairs and communicating them to customers.
• Explaining repair procedures and findings to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Following industry safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and participating in training programs.
