💼 Project Manager – Industrial / Commercial Projects
📍 Location : Nashville, Tennessee
💰 Salary : $95,000 - $127,000 + Benefits
💪 Experience : 4+ years field / project management, leading $15M+ projects
About the Role
Lead a major industrial / commercial project from start to finish! You’ll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project deliverables, while coordinating teams, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years field / project management experience
- Proven ability to lead large-scale projects ($15M+)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and ERP / software tools
- Preferred : degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
