Job description

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support technology contracting and clinical trial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate SaaS contracts and MSAs with clinical trial vendors, focusing on AI-specific terms
Ensure compliance of technology and vendor contracts with internal policies and regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate privacy and regulatory considerations related to AI in clinical trials

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in negotiating technology, SaaS, or commercial vendor agreements

Experience in life sciences, clinical trials, or healthcare technology preferred

Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in R&D or clinical trials is desirable

Strong understanding of privacy, data‑use, and regulatory considerations in the pharmaceutical sector

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
