Job Description

• Join our team as a Maintenance Technician
• Our role will involve writing work instructions, implementing upgrades, completing major repairs and preventive maintenance (PMs), and conducting specialized maintenance tasks and training

Job Responsibilities

• Support the development of machine specifications for new equipment, machines, and tooling
• Investigate root causes of quality failures and implement permanent corrective actions in bellows forming, trimming, and sizing
• Assist in training team leaders, maintenance staff, and tooling personnel as needed
• Monitor equipment cycles for predictive machine rebuild activities
• Lead major equipment rebuild activities
• Execute and verify the quality of preventive maintenance activities
• Develop techniques for specified production processes such as tube welding, hydro-forming, assembly, and liner manufacturing

Essential Skills

• 6 years of experience as a maintenance technician
• 3+ years of experience in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (including sensors, basic PLC, and circuits)
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve machine issues
• Knowledge of material processing, tooling, and part fabrication
• Ability to read electrical prints and blueprints to diagnose machine downtimes

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Troy, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
