What you would be doing :

• Analyze MRP data and convert system recommendations into purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records and update ERP / MRP system data as required.
• Issue and manage purchase orders through the ERP / SAP system.
• Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure clarity in expectations and order fulfillment.
• Track order status and expedite deliveries when needed to support the schedules.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels and lead times to prevent shortages, overstock, and aging situations.
• Source and negotiate for the products and terms.
