Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Plumbing Project Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role that blends project coordination, inside sales, and customer service. This individual will be the communication hub between field technicians, customers, and the internal teamensuring plumbing projects run smoothly from scheduling through follow-up, while also helping drive revenue through lead nurturing and inside sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Coordination
You will be responsible for assisting Project Managers, with the administrative management of projectsCoordinating all scheduling and monitoring job progressAssisting the team in operating in a smooth and effective manner, coordinate work with the entire project team, as well as other teams and individuals in the organizationTake responsibility to implement company standards to ensure project goals and objectives are metCoordinates entire project setup workflow effectively from the internal team, customers, vendors etc. through the entirety of the jobCalls in for permits, utilities, subcontractor quotes, collects down payment h projectCheck in with the project teams throughout the day, updating project team as schedule changesReview and track project progress, assist in adjusting accordingly, and prepare necessary documentation (permits, materials, change orders, etc.)Inside Sales
Follow up on inbound leads, estimates, and open proposalsNurture potential customers via phone, email, and text to close salesIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesProvide quotes and service recommendations to customers via outbound calls and emailsMaintain and report on sales pipeline and conversion metricsCustomer Service
Serve as a primary point of contact for repeat customer base and project inquiries before, during, and after serviceBack-up on incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage customer expectationsResolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfactionCollect customer feedback and reviewsQualifications
2+ years of experience in a plumbing or home service environment (preferred)3+ years of experience in customer service or inside salesPrior experience in project coordination, inside sales, or customer service preferedExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsDetail orientedStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in ServiceTitan, or Housecall Pro, or similar home services CRMProficient in MicrosoftSales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitudeHigh school diploma or GED required; college degree a plusKey Competencies
