Our skilled nursing facility is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician.

The primary purpose of the Maintenance Technician is to assist with regular facility and equipment inspections for safety, upkeep, and appearance. The Maintenance Technician will respond to maintenance requests by staff and residents, be available for emergency troubleshooting & repairs of equipment, and ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to perform routine maintenance.

General maintenance experience required.

Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative.
