Position Summary
A growing therapy management organization is hiring a Physical Therapist to work in a busy outpatient orthopedic setting in Austin, Texas. Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent graduate, this full-time role offers the chance to build your clinical skillset in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of cases including pre- and post-surgical patients, spine conditions, and both upper and lower extremity issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices
- Administer physical agents and modalities such as dry needling, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, etc.
- Educate patients and families on home care and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers for optimal outcomes
- Document patient progress in electronic medical records
- Supervise PTAs and techs when applicable
