YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR WELLNESS NURSE

This is a full-time nursing position, Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with on-call responsibilities .

As our Wellness Nurse, you'll conduct health assessments, administer medications, and respond to changes in residents' conditions with care and precision. You'll collaborate with physicians, families, and staff to ensure residents receive the best possible care while fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
