Location :

• Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
• Office Options : Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
• Travel Expectations : 0-30%

Clearsulting is an Office of the CFO consulting company built on operationalizing our core values and purpose of creating a fulfilling work environment for our people, clients and strategic partnerships. In 2020, Clearsulting began building a Corporate Performance Management (CPM) practice. Through market research, the company determined to focus on building a OneStream alliance and specialism given the power of the platform, market success, and vision for the future. In an already mature partner ecosystem, Clearsulting hired strong talent, exemplified GRIT, and leveraged its expanding network and trust with mid-market to enterprise clients to cultivate a practice in both the USA and Canada. Highlighting success is our team of ~8 OneStream focused professionals, achieving Gold partner status, and several successful projects delivered across the platform. This success resulted in significant sales growth through 2023, a profitable practice, and proof of our capabilities at smaller to large clients.

What You'll Do :

As the OneStream Solution Leader, you will be brought in at the Director level, report directly to the Head of North America and initially lead a team of ~8 consultants from Analyst through Director within CPM's OneStream team. You will oversee all commercial through delivery activities and own strategy through execution to drive growth and profitability.
