This position may be filled at one of multiple levels depending on the qualifications, education, and experience of the selected candidate.

Must be eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship.

Purpose

In this position, the candidate is expected to wear multiple hats for successful start-up of packaging foundry. The candidate will work with engineers and other technicians responsible for FAB set up and sustaining manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Level I :

Generate data and store / interpret tool data for broader use for EE or others. Identify tool related problems and fix it as per guidance or under guidance. Conduct daily FAB walks for tool 5S and fix safety issues. Interpret tool signals and respond as per instructions.

Level II :

Senior Technician :

Master Technician :

Level I : Entry level to 3 years of experience

The assigned levels are determined in part on number of years of experience, but also, aptitude, ability to resolve issues, approaches for tackling multiple tasks, and overall ability to contribute to the team mission will play a role.
