Job descriptionEnsures a safe clinical learning environment and program compliance with ACGME guidelines. The ideal candidate is board-certified in Family Medicine who has a passion for teaching and has an interest in leadership development and mentoring residents. Recruitment (of 12) and Retention of 36 Family Medicine residents each year. 100% Board Passage and ABFM Certification eligible physicians each year. Brand new facility opened in Spring of 2025 - also home to Grants transition of care clinic. Description :
- Join a well-respected and competitive program with an academic focus and multiple medical school affiliations.
- Program Director provides teaching, clinical, and administrative leadership for the residency program.
Full time position with 0.7 Administrative (minimum), 0.3 Clinical (maximum - including direct patient care and supervision). OB and Inpatient optional but preferred.
