Now Hiring : Experienced Residential HVAC & Sheet Metal Installers – $25–$30 / hr + Full Benefits

We’re a 3x “Best Of Northern Utah” HVAC company looking for dependable, experienced Residential Sheet Metal Installers who want steady, year-round work, top pay, and room to grow.

    • What You’ll Do :

  • Install, replace, and fabricate residential new construction & retrofit HVAC systems and sheet metal ductwork
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and mechanical drawings
  • Perform duct layout, takeoffs, and minor troubleshooting / repairs
  • Collaborate with foremen and crew to meet timelines and quality standards
  • Follow high safety and workmanship standards on all job sites

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • 2–4+ years of residential HVAC and / or sheet metal installation experience
  • Retrofit installation experience is a major plus
  • Skilled with ductwork layout, fabrication, and take-offs
  • Confident reading and working from mechanical plans and blueprints
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
