A direct hire opportunity is available for a skilled Infusion Pharmacist with IV certification to join a dynamic pharmacy team in Noblesville, IN. This role focuses on home infusion services and requires professional expertise in both infusion and general pharmacy practice.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and verify pounded intravenous medications ensuring accuracy, safety, and pliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate home infusion prescriptions, collaborating closely with healthcare providers and patients for seamless care delivery.
- Maintain prehensive patient records and prepare necessary documentation for pharmacy operations.
- Provide clinical guidance and education on infusion therapies to patients and healthcare staff.
- Ensure adherence to all pharmacy laws, standards, and policies within the infusion service line.
Desired Qualifications and Experience :
Licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) with an active pharmacy license.IV Certification with proven experience in home infusion pharmacy practice.Strong understanding of infusion pounding techniques, drug stability, and patibility.Excellent munication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team-focused environment.Prior experience in managing pharmacy operations related to home infusion preferred.Location :
