About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Fundraising Academy, a pivotal role dedicated to the strategic advancement and revenue growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all major gifts, grants, and strategic revenue generation, with a focus on driving transformative, multi-year commitments and large revenue through various channels. This includes the direct oversight of a major gifts portfolio, leading strategic campaigns, and ensuring data-driven discipline in fundraising activities. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering a mission-driven, results-oriented environment, and will work to strengthen institutional partnerships and alignment.
This role requires a minimum of 12 years' of senior-level experience in fundraising, advancement, business development, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in the education, nonprofit, or social impact sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advancement strategy, pipeline management, and public-private partnerships, and will be adept at securing major gifts, institutional funding, and corporate / philanthropic revenue. Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen are essential, as is a demonstrated commitment to the values of belonging, innovation, and community impact. The Executive Director will be expected to represent the organization's mission and values with integrity, and to provide executive-level reporting on growth performance, partnerships, and impact metrics.
